Shipping policy

We process your products  as soon as we receive confirmation of payment of the products you purchase from us, and this can be between 1-2 days. Our shipping policy includes a confirmation email and tracking number once your product has been shipped, and also a delivery date for your product.  Please allow for 7-10 days for delivery. Our flat shipping cost is $10 (usd) depending on the conversion rate.  

State of your products

Please let us know the condition of your product immediately when you receive it, if it is damaged, broken or inaccurate so we can find out what happened and fix it for you. Please do not throw away what was delivered including the packaging to be able to ascertain what happened along the way and, therefore try to prevent such from happening in the future
